All financial transactions on 8bat are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 8bat does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Third-party deposits will be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's withdrawal capability. 8bat targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Withdrawals may be delayed where KYC verification is outstanding or where a bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied.
8bat operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations. The Platform may request source-of-funds documentation where transaction patterns trigger AML monitoring thresholds. 8bat reserves the right to temporarily freeze an Account and withhold funds pending AML review where there is a reasonable suspicion of financial crime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8bat and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
8bat's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8bat makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and force majeure events — including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, and governmental actions — are expressly excluded from any service availability commitment.
You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that losses incurred through legitimate play do not constitute grounds for a claim against 8bat.
8bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your Account, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any bonus funds, void bets, or withheld amounts subject to investigation will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of all applicable KYC and AML checks.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. 8bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
